Milan will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time.

Arrivals beyond this window will be recorded as a “No Show” and the session will be ineligible for a refund.

Late arrivals will not receive extra time, and the session will end as scheduled.

You may reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Changes made within 24 hours are treated as a cancellation.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Otherwise the full session fee will be charged.
